Blossom Concierge Service accepts cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests can be made by phone or email. Cancellations for overnight stays and must be made 72 hours in advance of start of service or cancellation fees will apply. Cancellations of other services can be made up to 3 hours prior to start of service time window.
After Hour & Weekend Appointments
Our regular service hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, for dog walks and pet check-ins. We may be able to accommodate early morning or late night appointments, please call us for availability. Dog walks or pet check-ins outside of our regular hours may be subject to an additional $15/hr surcharge. We are typically closed on weekends, but may be able to accommodate weekend appointments, please call for availability. Appointments on Saturdays are subject to an additional surcharge of $15/appointment, per hour, Sundays are subject to an additional surcharge of $45/appointment or $15/hr (whichever is greater). Overnight stays are excluded from the weekend surcharge policy.
Holidays
Appointments on major U.S. holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Presidents Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July, and Labor Day Weekend) will be charged an additional $25/hr holiday surcharge.
Puppies
A puppy surcharge may apply to dogs under 18 months old.
Special Needs
We are able to accommodate most special needs, including administering medications with vet permission, please call to discuss details, additional fees may apply.
